Operating a Proof of Stake (PoS) validator node requires careful maintenance to avoid penalties. One critical maintenance task is properly restarting your node when necessary for updates or system maintenance. Improper shutdowns can lead to penalties or even slashing of your staked tokens.

A PoS pool is a staking pool that allows users to stake their CFX and receive rewards without having to run a node. The pool operator runs the node and distributes the rewards to the users.

Conflux introduces several built-in internal contracts for better system maintenance and on-chain governance. Now Conflux has seven internal contracts. These contracts provide solidity interfaces defined here. These function can only be called via CALL or STATICCALL operation. Using operation CALLCODE or DELEGATECALL to interact with internal contracts will trigger an error.
